Robert F. Long

Robert is a seasoned real estate practitioner with more than 30 years of diverse real estate experience. His experience includes commercial and residential brokerage, development, construction and lender advisory service.

Robert has extensive knowledge of REO management and has spent many years performing asset management, analysis and dispositions for a financial institution’s portfolio of troubled assets. He has also worked on the development side of the real estate business purchasing land and improving, subdividing and developing single-family home lots. Robert was a licensed building contractor where he designed and built award-winning single-family homes in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Throughout his career, Robert has taught various real estate courses covering such topics as general real estate licensing, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, creating wealth with real estate and real estate bubbles and busts. Along with teaching, he has also taken many graduate level courses on diverse subjects such as finance, investment, advanced real estate analysis and taxation, construction law and syndication.
